Respect Lordi... Why? Because they won Eurovision Song Contest in 2006 with "Hard Rock Hallelujah" and many metalheads around Europe felt that we conquered the continent! Maybe for a few seconds, but we felt it! I'm not going to argue about the contest, but we surely showed them our teeth! Now, regarding the song... Is it a pure hard rock ballad? I suppose so. Lordi features Bruce Kulick for the lead guitar solo, which is really good. The keyboards are fantastic during the whole song and I think all the atmosphere is related to them. I enjoy the lyrics and of course the concept of the video clip. The choral vocals during the bridges and refrains reminds me of other hard rock or pop/rock bands, but nevermind! Enjoy!
